A starting point on my journey was the Socratic method – which is based on asking and answering questions to stimulate critical thinking and draw out ideas, values and underlying presuppositions. Other courses including “Skills for empathetic listening (Communicate 31) – Communication in the Workplace” and “Fundamentals of Authentic Relating (Damien Bohler) have helped me embody a more rounded style of communicating that I deliver in this workshop.
